Proxy solicited on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Association for the Annual Homeowners Meeting to be held Thursday, March 16 at 6:00 P.M. via Zoom.

This Proxy, when properly executed will be voted in the manner directed below by the homeowner(s). If no direction is given, this proxy will be voted by the appointed person in accordance with their best judgment in the interest of the HOA.
