Dear Parents,

I would like to be one of the first to welcome you and your daughter to our family here at Ursuline Academy, a family with whom I am proud to be associated.  We would like to make you aware of a very exciting program we have initiated for your freshman daughter.

We have designed a three day summer camp experience for freshmen.  The purpose of this camp is to provide wholesome recreation for your daughter and the opportunity for her to meet her new classmates and make friends.  This is an excellent way to introduce your daughter to the academic and co-curricular surroundings in which she will find herself for the next four years.  We host this camp the first week of June with hopes that it would encourage the girls to nurture friendships prior to the start of school.   We will focus on relationship building, getting to know her classmates with a small emphasis on sports.

The program will be held Tuesday, June1, through Thursday, June 3, from 6 p.m.-8 p.m.  The tuition for the three days is $50 which will include a t-shirt.  The tuition for this camp will be added to your July Smart Tuition account.

Tennis shoes and suitable clothing may be worn during camp.  Traditionally, this camp has an enrollment of 98% of the freshman class.  I look forward to hearing from you soon, and I hope I will have the opportunity to work with your daughter this summer.
