Rock Hill Schools Family Outreach Coordinators serve as a vital link between the schools, home and community.  Coordinators assist in the areas of communication, documentation, and resource identification.  By serving as liaisons between school, home and community agencies, Family Outreach Coordinators improve the quality of student academic outcomes and develop solutions for vulnerable populations.  Coordinators educate and increase parents knowledge about resources and opportunities to improve student achievement.  Coordinators gather information that removes barriers to students education.
