Do you accept the following Terms & Conditions if an appointment is set up?

Terms & Conditions 
-Must be 18+ years old with valid government issued identification at the time of the appointment. 
-Deposit is non-refundable.
-Deposit goes towards the total cost of the tattoo.
-Deposit must be paid to get artwork started. 
-Total cost estimate is subject to change based on time. 
-Because of traveling I require a 7 day (168 hour) notice for rescheduling of this tattoo appointment so I have time to find a replacement.
-If a 7 day (168 hour) notice is not given, a new deposit will be required to reschedule for future conventions.
-Any cancellation by the client will result in loss of deposit. 
-No call/no show results in loss of deposit.
