AISM is proud to be hosting our annual International Soccer and Tennis Invitational Tournament.
Our learners have had and will have the opportunity to travel to many of these schools for different festivals, tournaments, and conferences. It is our privilege to host our sister schools for these very important events.
We kindly ask your support to house the visiting learners.
If you can help support by hosting, please complete the following survey.
•Any AISM family qualifies as a host family. It is a great way to contribute to the event.
• Each host family must provide a safe, supportive and comfortable living environment. Host families will provide a sleeping space (camping cot, sleeping bag, sofa, bed, etc.) and breakfast. Some evening meals will be required and a detailed meal plan will be sent out closer to the date of the event.
• Host families are asked to provide transportation to and from school.
• Students will be hosted in pairs (2) minimum.
• There is a participant behavior agreement form that outlines guest behavior, expectations and curfew hours. Students of host families do not need to attend the festival but are encouraged to do so. The only inflexible hosting requirement is the presence of an adult in the house at curfew time (10pm weekdays/11pm weekend night). The various school chaperones will call host families to check on their students at this time.
