Custom Builds Furnished 7k and up
Taking Custom orders for all community building such as  Clinics, Hospitals, Schools , City Halls and more
No Custom Home Orders at this time.

DBH Rules on Custom Orders

As with any of our other buildings we make them Mod/Cop no Trans. We will not pass them to Alts ( only the contact person unless told otherwise, only 1 building with Mod/Copy permissions will be passed)
We use Gentek elevator systems in all of our builds. A instruction card and video link will be included.
We require a 50% deposit on all Custom Orders before the building process can start.
