2024 ASPYRE Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in attending the 2024 ASPYRE Leadership Sleepaway Camp sponsored by the LGBT Center of Raleigh! The camp is a leadership retreat for LGBTQ+ youth and allies ages 13-17, or 18 and still attending high school. Campers will learn a variety of skills that they will need to enact the change they want to see in their community. This camp also provides an opportunity for campers to network with other LGBTQ+ youth from across the state, make new friends, and get inspired about leadership.

All information on this form should be filled out for the camper interested in attending ASPYRE Leadership Camp.

Before you indicate your interest, please note that the camp will cover many sensitive topics that can potentially be triggering. We will make sure to sufficiently warn campers beforehand, but understand that this camp is designed to prepare young people to lead a community movement where it may not be possible to avoid for such topics. Parental permission for attendees under the age of 18 is required.

Additionally, note that this form is simply to indicate interest in the ASPYRE program and is not intended to stand in for camp registration. Indicating interest on this form also does not guarantee a place in the program. Our ASPYRE team is currently working very hard to iron out the details of the camp, so we are not able to give a date for the start of camp, camp location, or details of camp accommodations at this time. Once the ASPYRE team has everything planned out and ready to go, a registration form and more detailed information about the camp will be sent out via social media and email.
