Rehearsals are Mon, Tues, and Fri from 3-5pm with Thurs rehearsals going until 5:30pm. There are a few Saturday and Wednesday rehearsals. You will know in advance when there is an added Saturday and/or Wednesday rehearsal. I also understand that the last two weeks of rehearsal are Mandatory and that Tech Week will go until 7pm every day. Please look at the Google calendar to take note of specific dates. The schedule can be subject to change with added rehearsals closer to performance time.

I am aware that the rehearsal schedule, especially closer to the performance, can be subject to change with added rehearsals if needed. These rehearsals will be mandatory and I promise to attend these rehearsals. *
I am aware that Tech Week (March 14th - 22nd) is MANDATORY, which means I am required to be there, and that rehearsals will go until 7pm EVERY NIGHT. *
Are you available for ALL of the matinees on March 23rd and 24th (during 1st through 3rd period) and evening performances March 24th, 25th, 26th( a 2pm matinee) and 128th at 7pm? *If you do not feel that you can commit to attending all the required matinee and evening performances dates - we would encourage you to audition for another production in the future when you will be able to make this production commitment. *
PLEASE list ANY and ALL rehearsal conflicts - please list them ALL below for Ms. Johnson to consider while casting. Make sure to include ALL SATURDAY AND WEDNESDAY conflicts (even though we hardly rehearse those days)** Please schedule doctor's appointments, work shifts and other obligations at times when we don't have rehearsal so that they do not interfere with rehearsals.** *
There will be a MANDATORY Parent Meeting that will be digitally sent out after the cast list is posted. Parents will have ONE week to read through it and complete a questionnaire as proof of attendance. Will your parent be attending? *
