The undersigned agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Romanian Orthodox Church St. John the Evangelist, at 9520 Jane Street, Vaughan, ON L6A 1S1, its Parties, Priests, Board and Council Members, from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, law suits, losses and/or liabilities (including legal fees) specifically related to Covid-19, and whether in respect of injury to or death of person or monetary or other loss, incurred by the Church Released Parties or any of them and arising directly or indirectly from or related to the use and occupancy of the Premises by the undersigned or any At Risk Persons pursuant to this Agreement.
