The Czech and Slovak School of Sydney is a non-profitable organisation that relies on the income from school fees and grants in order to support its educational programs. We therefore expect all students to promptly pay their school fees to ensure that the schools services remain financially viable. By signing this form you agree to pay your school fees prior to the commencement of the school term. If you fail to do so and there are still outstanding fees by the first day of the school term, you will be denied access to your class until such time as you have paid your account in full. In case you find yourself in unfortunate circumstances and are unable to pay your school fees on time, please contact the Principal of the school Katerina Larbalestier in writing. If you wish to cancel your classes for any reason before the end of school term, or do not wish to continue the next term, you may do so by written notice to the Czech and Slovak School of Sydney. At the time of lodgement of the cancellation notice, your school fees must be paid up to date. The refund of your school fees will not be granted if you decide to cancel your studies during the already commenced term. *
