Dear Parent/Guardian

As we are fast approaching the new school year we are making plans for our wraparound care provision. Some of you already have places for your children, but we are asking for confirmation on the days that you will require from September onwards. If you are brand new to wraparound and have shown or expressed interest in this then please also fill in the form to request the days and timings that you need.

There are two collection times, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. This collection would be from the main reception of the school. The prices are also shown below with the selection as well.

Payments are added a week ahead of the date attending, and if for any reason you need to cancel a session or remove the request for wraparound care, we must have 30 days notice, if the notice period is not given then the
