Omnifête 2022 - Purveyor sign-up
SUNDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2022, 1-3PM

This tiny 2022 arts fair will be our first. The inaugural theme is CREATIVITY IS ELEMENTAL with an emphasis on the elements. We intend to grow each year with a goal of eventually having a full weekend with panels, interactive crafts, guest speakers, et cetera

Our space is the indoor arcade behind Pamela's Tea Room at 12752 Valley View St.
Suites P&Q, Bridgecreek Business Park, Garden Grove, CA 92845

DEADLINES:

  • August 1st - deadline for out-of-state vendor sign-ups
  • September 15 - deadline for local vendor sign-ups (local means they will be setting up their own table)
  • October 1 - deadline for all approved vendors' bios for the printed program
  • October 14 - press releases distributed

SET-UP
Each vendor is responsible for bringing and maintaining their own:
  • Table
  • Table cover
  • Chair(s) ... for you and any helper you bring
  • Display items
  • Signage
  • Payment capabilities
  • Trash can if applicable
  • Wireless connection if needed
A limited number of "out-of-town" tables will be set up by Whimsy volunteers on behalf of vendors who have made arrangements by August 1st.
Vendors may arrive at 10am and must be set up by 12:45pm
Vendors must remove all items associated with their table by 4pm, and hopefully leaving the site better than they found it
Electricity available to whoever asks first prior to Sept 30
