Members of the district Student Support Team are in the process of creating an updated extensive brochure for Douglas staff, students, and families regarding community services and resources within the area. To create a list that is relevant to the target audience, this survey was created in order to gain insight as to what areas and/or services that staff, students, and families would like more resources or information regarding and/or feel should be included.
