The Walker County, Georgia Tourism Committee announces a limited number of sponsorships for Ironman Chattanooga athletes to join Walker Rocks Team Ironman as a Brand Ambassador. Ironman Chattanooga 70.3 athletes selected will be provided with a custom Walker Rocks branded team kit, will be promoted as members of the inaugural Walker Rocks Team Ironman, and will be provided with a VIP pre and post race experience sharing a taste of the best of what Walker County has to offer!
Benefits for Walker Rocks Team Ironman members:
- Recognition and promotion as members of the inaugural Walker Rocks Team Ironman
- Custom branded Walker Rocks training and race kit provided to you
- VIP pre and post race hosted events and insider tours of Walker County attractions
- Additional race support from the Walker Rocks crew
Athletes selected for Walker Rocks Team Ironman will be expected to do the following to promote Walker Rocks with the goal of encouraging increased tourism to Walker County, Georgia:
- Share a minimum of one post a week mentioning your participation in #WalkerRocks Team Ironman and promote Walker County tourism leading up to the event on all of your active social media platforms. Sample content will be provided.
- Wear items from the Walker Rocks race kit on training rides and on race day!
- Share a minimum of four posts on race weekend mentioning your role on Walker Rocks Team Ironman, and help promote tourism in Walker County.
- Participate in the pre and post race VIP events, and share your participation via social media
- If possible, book lodging in Walker County during your time in the area for the race
