Sometimes, safety committee needs additional information to effectively address concerns that are raised. If you are comfortable with a member of the safety committee reaching out to you with follow-up questions, please provide an email address at which you can be contacted. (Please note: this email address does not need to be your main address and can be a disposable account.)
Would you like to have a conversation with a member of the incident response team? If yes, please provide your email on the previous question and a member of the safety team will reach out to find a time to connect. *
Sometimes, a concern or incident may have a significant impact on the broader community. When that is the case, GEM may wish to communicate with that community about what has happened–either through a public announcement or direct communication with GEM members. Under no circumstances will we provide the name or any identifying details of people who make reports or who have been harmed. May we share non-identifying information for the purposes of transparency and self reporting with the GEM Community and the TTRPG community as a whole? *
Is there anything else you would like to share with us?
