Note: 2022-2023 membership dues must have been paid in order to qualify for the member rates shown below. Please contact Anne Heinzeroth (aheinzeroth@francis.edu) with questions about membership. Hotel reservations must be made separately, and hotel rates are not included in the rate shown below.

Refund Policy:

Requests for refunds must be submitted by email to best@pennwest.edu by midnight on September 30. No refunds will be granted for any reason after that date and full payment will be required whether or not the registrant attends.
