Blackfalds Days Outdoor Market
We're so excited to be hosting the Market during the towns beloved Blackfalds Days, Saturday, June 15th from 12-4pm 🛍️🍿🐐 This is an outdoor market and is located in the Eagle Builders Centre parking lot. Food trucks, shopping and all in the parking lot of the kids zone!

***APPLICATION & PAYMENT PROCESS***

-This is not a first come first serve process. All submissions will be reviewed and vendors will be selected based on best fit and variety. 
-Submissions will be accepted to May 6 . Management reviews will take place the week of May 7-10. Vendors will be contacted by May 14th.
-We are an approved AGLC Artisan Market.
-We are not accepting any new MLM/DS companies.
-We do not accept information or order only booths.
-Vendors booked must have stock on hand.
-Once the application is received and the review is completed, we will send out an approval email notifying your acceptance and requesting payment.  
-Once you have received the approval notification, you will have 48 hours to submit payment to secure your spot.
-Payment can be made via email money transfer (preferred) or cash.
-Any cash payments must be arranged to be dropped off with one of the organizers.
-At this time, we do not accept cheques or credit card.

***CANCELLATIONS***

-NO refunds will be issued after June 1, 2024.
-This is a come rain or shine event, no refunds will be offered if a vendor does not show up.

***GOVERNMENT CLOSURES***

-Little of This Market and vendors are required to adhere to applicable guidelines in place by the Government of Alberta, no exceptions. If a vendor chooses not to follow guidelines set forth by the government and seeks a refund, the standard cancellation policy will be followed.
-If the market must be cancelled due to Government Health orders (example, COVID-19), 100% of your vendor fees will be transferred to the next available event. If the vendor requests a refund choosing not to defer fees, and the show is more than 2 weeks away, 75% will be issued. If the event is less than 2 weeks away, 50% will be issued.

***MARKET DETAILS, RULES & REGULATIONS***

-The market will be held outside at the Eagle Builders Centre in Blackfalds, located at 5302 Broadway Ave and will run from 12:00PM to 4:00PM on Saturday June 15th.
-Vendor setup is available from 9:00AM to 11:45AM. 
-Please check in with the organizers when you arrive.
-All vendors MUST be onsite by 11:15AM, if not arrived by then and no contact is made with us, we will be shifting vendors or filling the spots.
-Vendors must supply their own tents, tables and chairs.
-You MUST weigh down your tent, if you do not have sufficient weights (min 25lbs per leg) you could be asked to take down your tent.
-Spots are minimum 10x10 plus space to park your vehicle behind your tent. It is important that you tell us the approximate length and or make and model of your vehicle so we can place you accordingly.
-All vendors must be set up by 11:45AM.
-You are only permitted to sell the products approved on your vendor application. If you are changing your company or adding non related items, additional approval is required.
-Vendors selling food must meet all guidelines as outlined by Alberta Health Services for a Public Market. https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/wf/eph/wf-eh-guidelines-for-public-market-managers-and-vendors.pdf. If you are sampling, ensure you have a portable wash station set up. As of June 1, 2020, a new section of Alberta’s Food Regulation enables Albertans to sell low-risk homeprepared foods. Operators will not require a permit, commercial kitchen or routine inspection to sell low-risk home-prepared foods. -Vendors must remain in their allotted space, with all displays, products and racks.
-Take down is not permitted until 4:00PM, early pack up can result in banishment from future shows and no refunds will be issued.
-Little of This Market is not liable for losses, thefts, fires, water/wind damages, nor are we responsible for assuming risk of vendors property or materials. Vendors are expected to protect themselves through their own insurances.
-Aggression or inappropriate behavior towards any organizer, fellow vendors or customers will result in immediate removal and banishment from all future events and vendor fees will be forfeited.
