PAGE Survey - Teachers/Professionals
Thank you for taking the time to participate in PAGE's survey of Gifted Education in Pennsylvania.  Your responses will help us focus on the issues that matter most to students, families and educators of gifted learners throughout the State.

All of your responses will be kept confidential and we will not collect any personally identifying information.

We understand that gifted learner come with a wide variety of traits and abilities.  As you respond to questions, please try to consider a response that best represents your students as a whole.

For Teachers/Professionals who work with students at more than one educational level, please feel free to complete a separate survey for each level of education with which you work.

Your participation in this study is voluntary.   If you choose to participate, all information provided in the survey will be kept confidential. None of your responses can be traced back to you. Your responses will be used as aggregate data, to be compared with other participants.
