Hello Officers and Members of Division 13!

It's one of the most wonderful times of the year-- the time for Officer Training Conference! We hope you are all excited to get down to business, get educated, and get spirited! OTC is a time to learn and have fun with Key Clubbers from all over Division 13 , and we are happy to know you'll be joining us this year! Get educated on what YOU will need to prepare for the term by experienced key clubbers, meet people from all of Division 13, participate in miscellaneous activities, and more!
