Members' information is kept and used in accordance of Associations Act (503/1989) and rules given by HYY. Members' information will be destroyed when membership is terminated. Please note, that in addition to the Member Registry Manager, the information is also stored by Google which is why it is possible that the information can be moved outside of EU/ETA area,
