Half-Day Program Registration for 2024-2025
This form should be used for half-day registrations only.  The hours of the Half Day Program are 7:45am-12:15pm.  Completion of this online form holds your child's space in the program for one week or until registration is complete.  To complete registration, please submit the following to preschool@firstpresby.com or in hand at the preschool.

-Check for $75 registration fee made payable to First Presbyterian Church
-First Presby Enrollment Packet (located under the Registration tab on our website)
-Well Child Report and Immunization Records from child's pediatrician (Must be within one year)
