The Multiples NZ Executive is looking forward to hosting you all at this year's National Training Forum. The value of meeting face to face, sharing struggles and celebrating successes is immeasurable. We have put together a simple programme that has space for learning, for networking, for idea sharing, for healthy debate about the future, and of course, the all important FUN!

FORUM PURPOSE: To strengthen Clubs, Club Committees and Club Volunteers so that they can better support our families in their local communities.
AUDIENCE: Club Committee members/Volunteers
VENUE: Brentwood Hotel, Kilbirnie, Wellington (venue of the 2018 National Conference)
DATE: Saturday 19th October 9.30am to Sunday 20th October 4.30pm

PROGRAMME:
Saturday
9.30am – 4.30pm: Kerri Trilby Price, Exult Ltd. Kerri will be sailing back from Vanuatu to work with us.
This day will build on the material delivered in 2018 with a strong focus on
 Sustainable Volunteering including growing membership to grow your volunteer base
 Roles and Responsibilities - what does governance look like for our 100% volunteer run organisations
The Biggest Impact - Working together to look at our greatest challenges and what makes the biggest impact on our organisations.
7pm: Awards Dinner – A Glam Night of Celebration

Sunday
10am-11.30am Following on from Saturday's programme, Guest Speaker to talk about Trends in Volunteering and participation. Leading into A Soapbox Challenge - sharing successes.
11.30am-12.30pm Multiples NZ AGM
1.30pm - 4.30pm
A lot more time for sharing between Clubs and Committee roles
The nuts and bolts of being a registered charity, incorporated society/charitable trust
Exploring the make up of Club Committees - considering committee roles, policies etc

The National Training Forum Registration Fee is $350.00.
We want people to stay onsite to maximise networking. This is a great opportunity to get some 'Me Time'. This registration fee includes airport transfers, one night's accommodation (twin share at the Brentwood Hotel), a Gala dinner ticket, all meals including a cooked breakfast and, most importantly, a professional development opportunity for you personally and your Club.
