As part of Female Football Week, Northern Suburbs Football Association & Northern Tigers FC will be presenting a Female Coach Education Workshop, with Eilidh Mackay.

Eilidh Mackay has been with Northern Tigers FC and NSFA for over 5 years, experiencing various roles which include Girls SAP Technical Director, Youth Boys Under 13 & 14 Coach, Youth Girls Under 15 Coach and XLR8 Program Leader.

Eilidh will be joined by Lane Cove FC Girls Under 14 team to showcase a training session, coaching behaviours and how we can create the best environment for young girls to learn, love and enjoy their football within.

The workshop is open to MALE and FEMALE coaches, however will utilise Eilidh's knowledge and experience of coaching girls from 5 - 50 years old to showcase how to best cater for different levels of players (social, development, advanced)
