Please fill out this form completely. Only complete and timely nominations will be considered. Nominations are kept on file and may be used throughout the year. Nominees must be CURRENT employees of the Flint Community Schools. ANY EMPLOYEE is eligible including teachers, counselors, paraprofessionals, bus drivers, building and central office administrators...anyone in the FCS employee family.
You may nominate more than one person (each nominee must be nominated separately) and nominees may be nominated in multiple months. However, the same individual may only receive one monthly award during the school year.
