The Fulbright DAST Program sends expert U.S. K-12 teachers and educators to participating countries to support projects identified by U.S. Embassies and Fulbright Commissions in schools, teacher training colleges, government ministries, or educational non-governmental organizations.

The objective is to support education initiatives or institutions that can benefit from the expertise of exemplary U.S. teachers, and to build U.S. teachers’ knowledge of the host country to enable them to internationalize their U.S. classrooms and schools upon their return.

U.S. K-12 teachers and educators will apply for a grant to engage in a 2-6 week collaborative project abroad during the period between April 1 through November 31, 2024.
