2024-2025 PowerHockey Toronto Registration Form
Join PowerHockey Toronto for the 2024-2025 season! We are hopeful for an action-packed season that will include 15 Regular Season games, up to 6 Playoff games where teams will compete for the championship, concluding with the Annual Awards Banquet! Players may also have the opportunity to be selected for the Toronto Toros tournament team.
All players must require the use of a power wheelchair in daily life and must provide their own.
Players must meet the minimum age requirement of 13 years old as of October 18, 2024, the date of the first regular season game.
The registration fee is $40 per player. This does not include the cost of banquet tickets. Payment is to be made by Interac eTransfer by the first regular season game at the latest (October 18, 2025 at Mitchell Field Community Centre (89 Church Ave)). Registration will not be deemed "Complete" until payment is made.
