We are promoting this event as a wonderful venue for holiday shopping! We are seeking artisans and handcrafters, as well as retail products vendors, who offer items that would be excellent for gift giving. We encourage you to dress in festive holiday attire.

Inlet Square's Holiday Extravaganza is a juried event to assure quality and to avoid duplication of identical products. You will be notified within one week of your acceptance. We encourage you to apply early to secure your space. Below is a list of products/categories we have filled and are no longer accepting:

Are you interested in hosting a free workshop during the event to demonstrate your craft or your product for additional advertising opportunity/exposure? Demonstrations that relate to a holiday theme will be given top consideration. For example: a Mary Kay consultant may share "Make Up Tips for Your Holiday Gatherings" or a soapmaker may want to offer "Creative Ways to Package Handmade Soaps for Gift Giving". (Please note that these demonstrations should be 15-30 minutes and will be presented at a location away from your vendor space. You will need to arrange for someone else to work your vendor space in your absence.)

Vendor Information / Requirements
REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Each vendor is responsible for all licenses, permits and insurance required or necessary for the operation of vendor's business. Each vendor is responsible for assessing, collecting, reporting and paying South Carolina Sales Tax on products sold as required by the South Carolina Tax Commission. A SC resale tax permit number is required. A La Mode, Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market nor Inlet Square Mall is responsible for collecting sales tax for vendors from customers. Each vendor is required to have a SC Resale Tax Permit. Contact the SC Department of Revenue at https://mydorway.dor.sc.gov for information and requirements. All food vendors are required to maintain liability insurance for their food or beverage business, if applicable. Food vendors are subject to SCDHEC requirements and responsible for full compliance. Alcohol sales are prohibited. Each food vendor is required to submit a menu or list of items to be served at the event. A La Mode, Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market and Inlet Square Mall reserves the right to to ask a vendor to not serve particular items another vendor may be serving.

A La Mode, Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market and Inlet Square Mall reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of exhibit that they deem not suitable for the event. All vendors agree to work within the theme of the event by offering products that are excellent for gift giving. As this event is being marketed as a family-friendly event, no vendor may sell or have on site any alcoholic beverages or "adult" themed products. No vendor besides a designated food vendor may offer food and/or beverage for sale.

SET UP / TEAR DOWN / OPERATIONS

Setup begins on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. (Note: Mall doors will be locked at 8:00 p.m. and a security guard will be on site.) Alternatively, you may set up on Saturday morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. (Note: There will be a mandatory vendors meeting at 8:00 a.m. and mall doors will be unlocked at 9:00 a.m.) Vendors agree to be in booths and ready for business by 9:00 a.m. Vendors may not breakdown booth space prior to the close of the event unless otherwise approved by A La Mode and Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market. Breakdown must be completed and all items removed from the premises by 8:00 p.m. on the day of the event. Vendor is responsible for cleaning their own area completely at the end of the market and removing all trash, boxes, packing materials, and unsold goods from the property. Mall dumpsters may not be used for large item disposal.

BOOTH SPACE LIMITATIONS / REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENTS

Tables and chairs, nor electricity, will be provided. Vendor is responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment and display materials for their set up not to exceed allotted 12' x 12' space. Tables must be covered. Tents are not permitted. Vendor items including packing materials, bags, personal items, etc. may be placed under tables as long as the table covering completely conceals them. No signage will be permitted outside of the allotted 12' x 12' booth space. Vendors agree to maintain a professional demeanor with customers, event coordinators, volunteers, and mall staff. No alcohol, smoking, illegal substances or weapons are allowed in the mall at any time. Vendors or designated representatives should be in their booth space, selling, throughout the event. Any children accompanying a vendor to the event must remain with the vendor in his/her booth space during the event.

Payment in full is due to complete application (see links above). Payment is non-refundable unless event is cancelled or application is not able to be accepted. No vendor may sublet any portion of his vendor space without written permission from A La Mode and Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market. Any vendor who has paid for space and fails to show up at his assigned space at least one hour prior to the beginning of the event will forfeit his right to his booth space. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Vendors and participants, by execution of this form, release and discharge A La Mode, Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market, Inlet Square Mall and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known or unknown damages and or injuries that may be suffered by any vendor or participants to his person or property. The applicant agrees that A La Mode, Minnie & Bea's Vintage Market and Inlet Square Mall and its successors are not responsible for loss or damage or personal injuries of any kind and releases and holds harmless said entities from any and all claims, including any relating to loss or damage to property or merchandise due to theft, fire, storm, flood or other force of nature. Security measures will be provided but this in no way ensures that the Vendor's property is secure from all possibilities of damage or theft. The Vendor is responsible for protecting their own property at all time and obtaining the appropriate liability and property insurance. The Vendor is solely responsible for damages or liabilities resulting from the private dealings with any helpers, customers and sale of unsafe goods.

The applicant will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event organizers and may be asked to leave if non compliant. The applicant agrees to be setup and selling during all hours of the event, as registered. The applicant grants permission to use any photographs, videos or recordings of his/her participation in the festival for all legitimate reasons.
