Please Sign Our CSA Member Agreement:
As a member of the CSA, I accept the terms of the membership agreement outlined below. We, the farmers, wish to provide you with fresh, local, seasonal food and you, the member, wish to receive a portion of our harvest. I agree to purchase the membership share indicated above. Members of the CSA will receive a weekly share consisting of approximately 4-5 items for the small share and 6-7 items for the full share (shares will vary in size and weight depending on the time of the season). I understand this principle and agree that there is no guarantee on the exact amount or type of produce I will receive in my share. If I cannot pick up my share, I will arrange for someone else to pick it up or notify Flourishing Herbs to donate my share. By selling memberships in advance of the growing season, a CSA reduces the burden of up-front costs for the farmers. Therefore, all payments are nonrefundable as funds are used for purchasing seeds, supplies and equipment prior to the start of the growing season. We cannot refund or offer credit for a last minute missed pick up.
