1) The form should be filled up at least 5 days from desired collection date.
2) The rental charge will be calculated on a daily basis for each item.
3) There is a deposit of $20 per piece, which will be returned to you within 2-3 days of successfully returning the item(s).
In the event that a costume is damaged, the deposit for the damaged costume will not be returned.
4) Payment for rental must be made in full before collection via PayLah!/Paynow or Bank Transfer:

    - Incorrect sizing: Full refund will be made only if the costume is returned within 1 day.
    - Other reasons: No refund will be made
