This form will get you registered to JOIN THE ORCHESTRA in the fall of 2024!

We will be measuring up until September 5th!  Once you know your correct measurement, you will then be guided on how to order your instrument from The String Tree!

Please order your instrument from The String Tree by September 12th to ensure it is delivered on time for your first lesson!

All instruments ordered will be delivered to the school by September 16th!
