Fill out this form to request the use of our Community Room space at Goodall Memorial Library. You will receive an email back with a confirmation, denial, or any questions regarding your request.
**Please note that filling out this form does NOT guarantee you the date/time you have booked.**
- Non-profit groups may reserve the room free of charge.
- For-profit groups will be charged a fee of $50/hour that is due on the day of the booking.
- You may be asked for proof of non-profit status.
- Food and drinks are allowed, but drinks must have covers and any food trash must be disposed of properly before the room is vacated.
- We ask that you kindly leave the room the way you found it (tables/chairs back in place, no trash or materials left behind, etc).
- Library hours are Mondays 9am-5pm, Tuesdays 9am-7pm, Wednesdays 9am-7pm, Thursdays 9am-7pm, Fridays 9am-4pm, and Saturdays 9am-4pm. We are closed on all major holidays.
- We are located at 952 Main St. in Sanford. Parking and main entrance are on Elm St.
