The food service team at Rotary Scout Reservation is happy to accommodate campers and adults with allergies or special dietary needs. Please use the form below to provide information about each individual's special needs.
Because meals are planned and food is ordered well in advance of each session, please provide this information
at least two weeks prior to camp.
All individuals with allergies or special dietary needs are asked to introduce themselves to the cook during the dining hall orientation portion of Sunday check in so that he can put a face to the name and make sure that each individual is aware of how to obtain their alternative meals when needed.
