This application is stating an interest in participating at the Japan-America Society of San Antonio's (JASSA) Fall Festival [Aki Matsuri] and an agreement to sell on JASSA's terms. If the applicant agrees to all terms, they will pay the allotted amount. 
Information: Vendors may sell any items that attendees might enjoy. We encourage items that are of Japanese culture or inspiration. This event is sponsored by the City of San Antonio through a grant. All items and decorations must be suitable for general audiences and people of all ages.
No alcohol is to be sold at this event.

Your Non-Food Vendor Fee includes:
10x10 area either under park's canopy or covered by a tent

1-6 foot table and 2 chairs. 

Please provide your own table cover, décor and signage. 

You are also responsible for moving all of your things to and from your booth, JASSA staff will not be able to help.  We recommend either fold-able rolling carts or a hand trolley.

By submitting this application/contract, the vendor agrees that the Japan America Society of San Antonio will not be held liable for any personal injury or damage to vendor goods. It is your responsibility to read this entire application/contract; Japan America Society of San Antonio will not be liable.
Non-Food Vendors will be handling their own transactions. JASSA will not be refunding any food tickets to Non-Food Vendors; Please do not accept JASSA FOOD TICKETS for payment.
One member from your team should be present at the walk-through on Sunday, October 23rd at 10am at the Raymond Russell Park Pavilion 2.
