Thank you for being interested in helping out with Soccer Camp this summer! Below is the basic information we need to get you plugged into being a part of our Summer Camp team. Please fill out all sections so we know what and where you're able + wanting to help!
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS
Set Up + Teardown | Taking responsibility for making sure that everything for camp (sign in stations, tents, promotional signage, etc) is set up each morning before families arrive and taken down each afternoon before we call it a day. (Every role who is present through the week will help with this as well!)
Sign In + Pick Up | Making sure we welcome each family and camper well, and utilizing our check in system to make sure every student goes home with the correct adult.
Small Group Leading | Joining in the coaching and soccer elements of the cmap (in partnership with AIA staff). Will include participating and basic coaching of campers in soccer skills.
Snack Team | Shopping, preparing, and serving simple snacks to kids during water breaks. (Orange slices, granola bars, etc).
Prayer Team | The backbone of everything we do, commit to pray each day for what is happening, and join us each morning before the sessions begin to lift up the leaders, campers, and the space in prayer.
Admin Support | Support our staff team with management of data collection, family information, and making sure the systems run effectively through the week and after as we do follow up to invite families to connect to our community at Ridge Church.
Host Families | Welcome AIA coaches/staff into your home for the week to enable them to help serve in their ministry role. Provide them with a room and meals when they are not serving at the camp. *This role is a major ask and we would be happy to connect you with more info if you'd be willing to serve in this way!
