AddigniShop: Order Special Request

For customers who wants to combine order, or request to hold order, or other special requests :)
Email address is collected so I can communicate with you easily if needed.

Note the following terminologies:

~ [Combine]: combining 2 or more of your orders so that both orders get sent at the same time as 1 shipment

~ [Hold my order]: addignishop will temporarily hold your order because of covid-related country restrictions or other reasons. I will wait until the customer gives the green light to ship the order

~ [Order number] : 4 digit number assigned to your order

Full name and full address (include your COUNTRY) in separate lines in accordance to Standard International postage format. If you write everything in one line, it is a WRONG format, i won't be able to print the shipping label so I will not send out your order. I and my shop are not liable for any mistakes made on the customers' part. Please double check your address before hitting send.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
