To register
your interest to be part of the winter exhibition held at the Rotorua Arts
Village between Rotorua Potters Group, Whakatane Potters, Waikato Society of
Potters, Active Arts Taupo and Bethlehem Pottery Club please add you details below by Friday the 8th of March at the latest.
Once the
entries have closed you will receive an email letting you know that maximum number
of pieces you are able to enter as well as the link to your submission form. As
an exhibiting artist you will also be contacted about any workshops that are
running during the exhibition.

Sales
& Commission:
Sales are made to the Rotorua Arts Village, they keep 25% and the artists
receive 75%, unsold work will be returned to each club and their artists.

Work to
be completed by: Friday
16th of May – this allows groups to organize their exhibition pieces
to be delivered to the Rotorua Arts Village over the weekend.

Entry
requirements: This
is a winter themed pottery exhibition, we are looking for pieces that are functional
and used throughout the winter months such as mugs, teapots & tea cups,
soup bowls, bakeware & casserole dishes, gravy jugs and general
kitchenware. All pieces must be available for sale and must not have been in an
exhibition prior to this. Entries can have multiple pieces e.g. a set of 6 mugs
can be sold as one piece or a tea pot and tea cups.
