Nomination Form for Elected Board Member
There will be an election at the AGM for one Board position.


All nominations for the Elected Board Member position must be submitted no later than 5pm on  6th June 2024.   .

Only CLUBS and AREAS of NZPCA are entitled to make nominations for this position.

Nominees for the position as a Board Member (refer to 18.4 of the Constitution) must:

be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident;
be eighteen (18) years of age or older as at the date of the nomination;
not hold a position as an office bearer of NZPCA (including the President or Vice-President) or employee of, contractor to, a Club, Area or NZPCA;
not be an undischarged bankrupt;
not have been convicted of a crime of dishonesty under the Crimes Act 1961 within the last seven (7) years;
not have been convicted of an offence punishable by imprisonment of two (2) or more years;
not be a disqualified director or promoter; and
not be subject to a property order.

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED FOLLOWING A COMMITTEE MEETING AT WHICH A MOTION OF THE NOMINATION WAS PASSED. THE NOMINEE MUST ALSO HAVE AGREED TO THE NOMINATION.
