2021 HICHA Membership Form
The Hawai'i Island Cutting Horse Association (HICHA) is a 501(c) member-based nonprofit organization that has been promoting and celebrating the cutting horse, reining and working cow horse enthusiasts since 1999.  HICHA has been supporting its Hawaiian ranching heritage, as well as promoting horsemanship to all ages.  HICHA was founded by the late Buck Schipa, with support from influential enthusiasts Dutch Schuman, Duke Kapuniai, and Alex Penovaroff.  We offer a youth membership scholarship, individual membership at $35/person; or family membership at $50/person.  To earn points towards year-end awards and/or to receive other member benefits, members shall submit their dues to the HICHA prior to their first event.
