Below, please answer a few brief questions for the purposes of us gathering contact information and starting the registration process. Once we have your basic information, we will be able to contact you via email and text regarding further communications surrounding your child attending JSE next year!

Our Kindergarten Round-Up will be virtual this year, and consists of a three-step process.

1) Please view the video link above to learn more about Kindergarten at JSE.

2) Complete this form.

3)COME TO JSE: Registration days either Thursday, April 8th 5:30-6:30PM OR Friday, April 9th 10-11AM

Choose the day/time above and please bring your child with you and the following items for us to copy:

-Birth Certificate
-Two Proofs of Residency: Driver's License, Utility Bill, Mortgage Payment, or Lease Agreement with your name and address included.
-Immunization Records

We ask that you bring your future Kindergartener with you to take a Kindergartener Screener for the purposes of classroom planning and we will also provide you with this screener and other Kindergarten Readiness resources at this time.

You may come between 7:30AM and 6PM to pick-up the Kindergarten Registration Packet ahead of time. The glass vestibule (front doors) will be open from 7:30AM-6:00PM each day that week at JSE.

We will continue to provide you with updated information via your email. You may share this form with other families with future Kindergartners attending JSE!

In the fall we will invite all Kindergarteners for an Open House!
