IBLCE EXAM & RECERTIFICATION SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Scholarship Criteria for Consideration:

  • Applicant currently resides in Oregon or SW Washington

  • Can demonstrate financial need

  • Will fully meet requirements to sit for IBLCE exam (1st time or recertification)

  • Will complete scholarship application by deadline

  • Has current membership in OWLA

*Priority consideration may be given to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ candidates as well as those who plan to assist families with limited access to lactation services.
