- Your MainMed ID:     You can find your MainMed ID on your account profile. Access your profile here > https://mainmed.org/account.

- An active Google account:     To create a Google account, learn how to use an existing non-Google email to create an account, and get additional help, click here > https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441?hl=en. If you are not logged into Google, you will be prompted to do so.
