To be placed on our waitlist, please fill out this application with your information, thoroughly. Once finished, click submit. After the application has been submitted, we will review it and send you either an email, Instagram, or text message letting you know that we did receive your application. Based off of the information we receive, you will either be approved or denied to be placed on our waitlist. If approved, more in depth information regarding our policies and how the waitlist fee can be paid, will be sent in the message letting you know that you have been approved!

Do you understand and acknowledge that a puppy from Curby's Corgis, LLC. will come with a spay/neuter contract? This means no breeding rights will be offered and you will be legally tied to a contract stating that you will not breed the puppy, and you will spay/neuter the puppy you purchase from Curby's Corgis, LLC. - Very few circumstances will sway this decision unless you are a pre approved breeder who has already spoken with me about this. *

Tell me more about you. What is your occupation? If you have a spouse and/or partner, what is their occupation? What do you enjoy doing in your free time? (I want to get to know you better!) :) *

Do you have a problem with shedding? If your answer is YES. Please look into other breeds. Corgis shed like crazy, but I do have methods I will supply you with to help you control the shedding LOL! *
When nobody is home, where do you plan to keep your puppy? (Inside house, Crate, Yard, etc?). Who will take care of/babysit your puppy while you are out of town? *
If for some unfortunate reason, you were no longer able to keep your puppy, do you understand that it would be a REQUIREMENT that you return him/her to us for no refund in exchange? Our puppies are not for resale, it is important you understand that the puppy goes home with you for forever, or comes back to live with us. *
Is there a specific time frame you are looking to add your new puppy to your family? If we cannot provide you with a puppy right when you suspect you will be ready, are you willing to wait for the right puppy to come available for you and your family? Our puppies are in extremely high demand and this process can sometimes take anywhere from 6 months - 2  years or longer depending on current waitlist sizes and various other things. *
