We look forward to bargaining a strong second contract with the UConn administration. As we enter into negotiations with the university, it is important that we have strong majority participation in this survey. It will help ensure all voices are heard and will allow us to develop a bargaining agenda that reflects the needs of all Postdocs at UConn. We want to make clear to the UConn administration our desire to win a strong contract that reflects our critical contributions to the university.

Please note that healthcare and retirement benefits are “locked out” until 2027, which means the current articles on these issues will remain in place and are not currently subject to bargaining.
