Æthelmearc's seneschals, autocrats, marshals, and other folks running events, gatherings, meetings or practices to submit their Safety plans, in an effort to have masks not required in some areas of their events (when Covid Transmission is High or substantial.)

Unmasked activities should not be at room capacity and should be at approximately 25-28 square foot allowance per person which means for a
20x20 room, for example, that is 16 people or fewer.
