By registering, attending or viewing the event, registrants and attendees agree not to rebroadcast, re-transmit, record or share any of the content of this event without express written permission by CIOAA. CIOAA reserves the right to reject and refuse any registrations and attendance at this event for any reason and at any time. By registering or attending this event registrants give permission for their images captured during the event through video, livestream and/or photo to be used in promotional materials, publications, and on related CIOAA websites and social media channels. CIOAA may also record the entire session for post-coverage and archival purposes. By registering or attending this event, registrants and attendees give consent to the inclusion of name, title and organisation in the shared delegate list. The organiser may also disclose their business contact information to event partners and third-party service providers supporting the event.
