SYCAMORE CREEK - EVENT RSVP

Thank you for your interest in visiting our school!  

We welcome your consideration of Sycamore Creek Community Charter School for your student's education.  As a member of the Alliance for Public Waldorf Education, we would like to offer the following opportunities to visit our campus and explore our Waldorf curriculum.  

Tours will be scheduled every month starting in November 2023 and go until June 2024.  

Sycamore Creek is a closed campus.  RSVPs are required to participate in tours and events. For our formal school tours, we have limited space and can only accommodate adult tour guests at this time.  However, infant children can accompany their parent or guardian if they are being carried or worn.  Tours are generally held in the morning on Thursdays so families have an opportunity to see classes in session.  A government issued photo ID is required at check-in.  

Your prospective students are welcome to visit our campus during one of our community-wide events.  Upcoming events include the Winter Faire, our student play productions, May Faire, the Spring Strings Concert, and more.   Please check back on this page for newly listed dates.  We hope you will bring your family and friends to enjoy gathering with our community!

Sycamore Creek is a Monday to Friday, in-person public school with NO tuition, and follows all state laws for required documentation for student registration and attendance:
  • Immunization Record: For requirements and catch up schedules, please visit: CDPH Shots for School  All medical exemptions are now administered through CAIR-ME: CDPH CAIR ME  Only independently verified CAIR-ME exemptions can be accepted.
  • Verification of Legal Name and Age: Birth Certificate, Passport, etc. 
  • Verification of Residency, 2 forms: Utility Bill, Car Registration, Property Tax Bill, Lease, Pay Statement, Voter Registration, etc.

One tour RSVP date per family please - tour dates will be removed once they are at capacity - more dates will become available as tours fill up.  Tours are only held from November through June.  

RSVPs for school events in addition to one tour are welcome!  You may RSVP for a tour AND Mayfair.
