Thank you for thinking of us for your event. We ask that you familiarize yourself with our store, guidelines and mission.

Please note that we have a limited budget for charitable giving and we plan out each quarter based on the schedule below. Also, we are more apt to give to organizations that align with our own mission of supporting the arts and local community.

Requests must be made by the following deadlines:
Quarter 1 Event (January - March) - Request Deadline is November 30th
Quarter 2 Event (April - June) - Request Deadline is February 28th
Quarter 3 Event (July - September) - Request Deadline is May 31st
Quarter 4 Event (October - December) Request Deadline is August 31st

If you have a document with additional information, such as sponsorship levels, please email it to info@thebeyondgallery.com after you have filled out the form below.

We will only respond to requests we intend to fulfill. Even if we are unable to provide a monetary/gift donation, we are always happy to display your event's poster in our front window. Feel free to drop it off at any time. There is a mail slot in our front door if we are not open.
