MVS Summer 2021 Food Needs Survey
Milan Village School will once again deliver meals for free during the summer.  Regardless of free and reduced or full price status, any student between the ages of 3 and 18 are now eligible to receive breakfast and lunch for FREE until school resumes again in September, 2021.  Please fill out the form below and let us know if you would like meal service deliveries during the summer.    

Meals will be prepared each morning and delivered to houses in Milan/Dummer between the hours of 10-1.
