Electronic Poster (45 minutes)
1. E-poster presentations use an electronic format operated from a laptop computer. Traditional formats such as poster boards cannot be used.
2. E-Poster presentations should be between 5 and 10 minutes in length to allow for multiple presentations during the 45-minute allotted time session.
3. During the 45-minute session, the presenter(s) will stand by their computer and give the presentation to a small audience (generally 1-5 people at a time)
4. An e-poster presentation consists of a brief outline of the important features or concepts of a research project, lesson plan, classroom materials, and/or cultural update.
5. The attendees will listen to the brief presentation and discuss the topic further with the presenter(s).
6. The presentation may be repeated 3-5 times during the allotted 45-minute session, giving several attendees the opportunity to interact one-on-one with the presenter(s).
7. Presenters may provide handouts with additional information for the attendees.
8. Presenters must bring their own computer and other electronic device that will be needed for the presentation.
