November is the month of giving thanks. As William Arthur Ward once said, “Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” Most of us have had to alter our work environments in one way or another. Both in the property management and insurance industry, we’ve seen many professionals make some big changes and work remotely. All this, while still keeping their clients/residents happy and going above and beyond meeting customer satisfaction. This month our team would like to express thanks to all Customer Service Representatives (CSR).

Thompson Building Associates would like to help you honor your CSR’s and their commitment to service. Using our nomination platform, answer a couple questions about your nominee and tell us about how amazing they are! A panel of TBA Team Members will choose a nominee from each industry: Property Management and Insurance. The winners will receive a $100 Visa gift card and certificate.

Nominations will close on December 1st, 2020 and a winner will be announced on December 7th, 2020.
